Shipping information
 Your order deserves the utmost care – that's why we ship directly from our central warehouse in Switzerland. For our customers in Switzerland, we work with the renowned parcel service provider DHL to ensure reliable and secure delivery. 
Deliveries within Switzerland and Liechtenstein are made daily from Monday to Friday. The delivery time for products in stock is usually 1 to 2 working days.

For our customers in Europe, we work with the renowned parcel service provider GLS to ensure reliable and secure delivery.Deliveries to Germany and Europe are made twice a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The delivery time for products in stock is usually 2 to 5 working days: 
- Orders received between Thursday 10:00 a.m. and Tuesday 10:00 a.m. are usually delivered on the following Wednesday.
 - Orders received between Tuesday 10:00 a.m. and Thursday 10:00 a.m. usually arrive on Friday.

Return
The SCHLOSSBERG brand stands for the highest quality in materials and workmanship. Nevertheless, it may be the case that you do not like our product. As a result, you have a right of withdrawal which you may use to return the ordered products / product to us within fourteen days of receipt.
Please note that returns for special dimensions and custom-made products, as well as for price-reduced products, non-defective items that have been washed or used by the customer and articles that are subject to hygiene protection (e.g. duvet, pillow), are excluded. Refunds made on the basis of justified returns will be processed within fourteen days using the same means of payment that you used for your order.
Online shop orders
With customer accountIf you already have a customer account in the Schlossberg online shop, please log in. In your account you will find all purchases made via this account in the online shop under the category "Orders ’. Under ‘More details’ you will find the option ‘Create return’ for each order. 
Without a customer account
Please log in to the following link with your order number and e-mail address to create a return. You will find the order number in the order confirmation that we sent you by e-mail shortly after you successfully completed your order or in your customer profile under ‘Orders’.
